      Feds warn state more Hanford cleanup deadlines at risk

      HANFORD, Wash. -- The Department of Energy says it isn't likely to make two important deadlines at Hanford. This could delay the transfer and treatment of radioactive waste.

      Gary Chittim spoke to the state's attorney general who already feels we've adjusted deadlines time and again to give contractors more chances to get the work done. Patience is wearing thin.
