Congress is in recess. So what might representatives and senators do in their free time?

WASHINGTON (CIRCA) - Feeling like Congress accomplishes nothing while in session isn't exactly new. Americans on all sides of the political spectrum oftentimes decry a lack of action in the nation's Capitol, wondering why that darned legislative branch can't seem to get anything done. And it's for that reason that a congressional recess seems to draw an awful lot of criticism.
But these breaks aren't quite as relaxing as you might think.
