Accused Franklin County Fraudster wants to view the evidence against him

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. -- KEPR continues to follow the man accused of stealing millions from Franklin County. Dennis Huston appeared in court again Tuesday. It was decided Huston will appear before one judge in the future, rather than on the rotating docket. The case is too complex and needs the consistency.

The biggest point of contention continues to be the report commissioned by the state that will not be released to the public.

The report lays out the private investigation into the allegations of fraud. If two-of-the-three county commissioners agree -- the report could be opened to the public. Huston is charged with stealing millions from county taxpayers while working for Franklin County Public Works.
