Management expects it to open in April. The boutique-style store targets women from their teens to their 30's.
Around ten-jobs -- including management -- will be open to the public.
It follows the anticipated opening of "Ruby Thai" in the mall's food court. Management says the restaurant will open in late winter.
"ViVo and our other new retailers within the past 12-months are all to take Columbia Center in the right direction. These are steps in the right direction to provide an even better tenant mix that our shoppers love," said Mall Marketing Director Patricia Bardin.
Management also says to keep a close eye on the development of the lot behind Toys R Us.
