Community gardens on the way?

RICHLAND, WA. - Residents in Richland can expect their daily commutes to become a bit more scenic. The city is looking to place more community gardens in the local parks.

Richland already has two community gardens in two parks. One being at the McMurray Park and the other in South Richland on Venus Drive.
The next may be coming to Barth Park. The city says these types of gardens are useful educational tools for children.
A neighborhood meeting will be held at the end of the month to determine if that is an ideal location.
