KEPR checked out a brand new food truck in Pasco and our Facebookers have been pretty excited about Ann's Best Creole and Soul Food.
I was sold the moment my lips tasted the seafood and meat gumbo.
They have Po' Boys stuffed with shrimp, oysters and catfish.
Aside from the gumbo, there's jambalaya and even fried chicken and waffles.
They're made using authentic Louisiana recipes that have been in Ann's family for generations.
You can call in an order ahead of time. They even accept credit cards.
Many of the folks we spoke to were first timers. Seems the buzz on Facebook really has people talking.
Cindy Hinojosa said, "I've never really had it so I can't really say I have or not, but I've been recommended so I want to try something new."
Blayr Cox said, "There's a lot of other kind of restaurants around here but nobody cooks like this so I'm looking forward to it."
The green truck is parked on West Court St. in Pasco in the Banner Bank parking lot across from the Post Office.
Open Tuesday through Friday from 11am to 8pm.
We actually learned about the truck because people had called the newsroom to rave about it!
