Power restored after outage affects many in Richland
RICHLAND, Wash. - Thousands of Richland residents are without power due to a power outage.
UPDATE: Leaders said crews restored the BPA transmission line and Richland customers should have power as of 11:50 a.m.
Anyone without power is advised to flip the main breaker in the breaker panel to reset it.
City leaders said if power still isn't restored, report your outage at 942-7421 anytime between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. or 943-4428 after hours.

City of Richland leaders said a BPA transmission line outage has affected two Richland substations in a large portion of Richland south of the Yakima River, east of I-82 and areas north of the Yakima River to Swift Avenue.
Most customers are without power due to the outage as of approximately 10:30 a.m., Monday. City leaders are asking drivers to use caution as traffic signals in the area were affected.
Richland Energy Services is working to switch some affected customers to different substations.
