The city tells KEPR it has not received any recent noise complaints, but it's also a road away from a dense neighborhood. Talking with residents today, they didn't share the same tune.
"35 years, what are you going to do? I had called a long time ago on the noise, but not much doing, they kept going anyways, I can hear the music better in my front porch than they can out there," said resident, Earl Ramsey.
Kennewick says the new ordinance will also throw out noise limits at city parks.
