Firefighters want you to help fill the boot for a cure
PASCO, Wash. -- Pasco Union Firefighters are collecting donations for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Firefighters will be collecting money in boots until Saturday at a number of business locations including Yokes and Dutch Bros Coffee in Pasco.
This is part of a nationwide campaign to save live’s and give back to the community.
Pasco Firefighter, Justin Lockman says it’s extremely rewarding and without the public helping out with the efforts, it wouldn’t be possible.
Money raised will go towards funding research, care centers and summer camps for children battling the disease.
