      Gala Park continues to progress

      RICHLAND, Wash. - One of Richland's newest park is almost finished. It will be at the corner of Westcliffe and Gala Way in south Richland.

      Right now, the city uses a wood-fiber playground surface, but that's expensive and not as safe. So the new park will get different surface that's softer. The park is costing more than $50,000, It will be three acres and include a playground.
