Kennewick police arrest suspects in area burglaries

KENNEWICK, Wash. -- Kennewick police have arrested two men suspected of being involved in multiple burglaries.

Officers stopped the men in the 7500 block of West Deschutes Avenue around 6:15 a.m. Wednesday.

An employee at Stratton Surveying, which was burglarized on Tuesday, had called police to tell them he believed the men were involved in that incident.

Police say the men had left behind backpacks full of burglary tools in the bushes.

Cameron Campbell, 23, of Richland and Calvin Fox, 21, of Kennewick were booked into jail for burglary.

Police say they have been connected with other incidents in the area and remain under investigation.
