Kennewick police searching for child rape suspect
KENNEWICK, Wash. - Police are searching for a woman who has been charged with child rape.
Officials with the Kennewick Police Department (KPD) said 23-year-old Samantha Louis Rebecca Small's whereabouts are unknown after she failed to appear in court.
Reports said Small was charged with 2nd degree child rape following a 2016 KPD investigation.
Police say the suspect also goes by the name of Samantha Proffitt. She was last known to live in Kennewick but has also lived in Pasco according to police reports.
Small is described as 5'3, 140 pounds and has brown hair and blue eyes. She has tattoos including the words "Sweetest Girl" on her abdomen, three stars on her left hip, a heart and the numbers "820" on her left hand.
