Man busted during Ochoa Middle School break-in

PASCO POLICE NEWS RELEASE-- At approximately 12:00 am Thursday morning Pasco Police responded to an alarm which had been activated at Ochoa Middle School, 1800 Block of Sheppard Street. When officers arrived on the scene a broken window was located in one of the classrooms.

The building was searched and a suspect was located by police inside the school. He was taken into custody without incident. No property was taken from the building due to the suspect being arrested during the progress of the burglary.

James L Colbert, 53 years old of Pasco is being held in the Franklin County Corrections facility this morning for Commercial Burglary.
