More parking spaces coming to Tri-Cities Airport

TRI-CITIES, Wash. -- If you're leaving town this holiday season it'll be easier to find a parking spot at the airport.

Work is plugging away on a new overflow parking lot.

It's across the street from long-term parking.

When finished, more than 100-additional spots will be added at the airport.

For years, the airport's existing lots have filled up during the holidays, causing frustration to travelers.

The new lot should be up and running by November 15th.
