WESTON, Ore- -- Folks are without running water after a pipe burst.

Weston is about 15 miles south of Milton Freewater.

Emergency workers tell KEPR a mudslide damaged the town's main water line.

As a result, water has been shut off.

The town's mayor has declared a state of emergency.

Federal help is on the way for the 700 people who live in Weston.

At this time, crews are trying to patch water through a temporary pipe.
