The shop features local fruits and veggies. Furniture, home and garden decor, too! Regional foods like pickled garlic, smoked almonds and wheat berries are available.
The building was leased from the port of Benton. The whole thing used to be a fire station and fitness center. Organizers say they are beyond excited.
"This has been a long time and coming. I'll probably start crying, but anyhow. I've just been waiting for this for well over a year...I am just so excited. I have some wonderful vendors," said store owner Mary Baldoz Smith.
The owner says a mini farmer market will be open on Saturdays and Sundays.
