It's been under construction for months in the Southridge area off 395.
It'll be called "The Rock," featuring wood-fired pizza.
The restaurant is filling positions out front and back in the kitchen.
The general manager, Jim Hulbert, says they are offering things that you won't find at the other pizza places that recently opened: "We have fresh food, fresh ingredients everyday. We have the largest pizzas in an open wood-fired pizza oven, the largest single slab oven in the world."
Walk-in interviews start on Monday.
