MCCURLEY INTEGRITY DEALERSHIPS NEWS RELEASE -- McCurley Integrity Chevrolet is partnering with the Pasco Little League in Pasco. McCurley Integrity Chevrolet has joined forces with the national Chevrolet Youth Baseball program to provide new equipment, a monetary contribution and an opportunity for community members to earn additional donations for their league via a Test Drive fundraiser.
"Youth baseball provides positive and productive life lessons for young people across America, and the Chevrolet Youth Baseball program is an extension of Chevrolet's commitment to baseball, community and families. McCurley Integrity Chevrolet is bringing that same dedication to youth baseball," said Craig Cavanaugh, General Manager for McCurley Integrity Chevrolet.
"There is nothing more American than Chevrolet and baseball and McCurley Integrity Chevrolet wants to combine America's favorite brand and favorite pastime together for our families in Pasco to enjoy," added Cavanaugh.
2014 marks Chevrolet's Youth Baseball program's ninth year, and since its introduction has helped aid local teams, benefiting more than 3.5 million young people in communities where Chevrolet's customers live, work and play. In 2013, more than 1,600 Chevrolet dealers participated across the country.
McCurley Integrity Chevrolet has presented the Pasco Little League with an equipment kit that includes useful items, such as bags, batting tees, catcher's gear, water bottles and Chevrolet Youth Baseball T-shirts.
In addition, McCurley Integrity Chevrolet will present a check representing a one-time monetary contribution to Pasco Little League. Sponsored leagues across the country will have the chance to earn additional funds as community members take test drives at their partnering dealership to help support the league.
In addition to its commitment to youth baseball, Chevrolet also is the Official Vehicle of Major League Baseball™.
"Chevrolet vehicles are designed and built for families, so we hope young people and their parents will consider a Chevrolet as an official vehicle of their household," said Cavanaugh.
