Police: 200 pot plants in Boise home lead to arrest
BOISE, Idaho (AP) - A Boise man who police say had 200 marijuana plants in his home has been taken into custody.
Authorities tell the Idaho Statesman that a citizen tip led police to the home of 44-year-old Anthony Allen on Thursday.
Police say they found the plants as well as packaging materials and 850 grams of dried and packaged marijuana.
Allen is facing felony counts of trafficking in a controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
