Police investigate shooting near Richland dog park
RICHLAND, Wash. – An argument near a Richland dog park Saturday morning escalated with gunfire, Richland Police said.
Police said 71-year-old James Adams and 25-year-old Tyler Buntin were arguing in the gravel parking lot near the dog park on Keene road.
Police said Adams fired his gun into the ground, and Buntin tried to take the from him, but was shot in the foot.
Police said both men left to be treated at the hospital.
Police investigated the scene this morning and a second location they said they couldn’t disclose.
The dog park is open, and the investigation is ongoing.
