Police looking for wanted fugitive on meth delivery charges
KENNEWICK, Wash. - Police are asking for public assistance in the search of a man charged with meth delivery and stealing a vehicle.
Kennewick police and the Benton County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) are looking for Julio Cesar Flores, 35, after he did not appear in court five times for his original charges.
He is charged with delivering meth, meth possession, taking a motor vehicle without permission, theft and attempting to elude police.
Police said Flores sometimes goes by "Coolio", "Shady" and "Chuked". He is currently homeless but was last known to live in Pasco.
Reports say Flores is 5'9, 235 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has gang tattoos on his left shoulder and a web on his left hand, right arm and bicep.
