Police searching for Kennewick suspect charged with identity theft
KENNEWICK, Wash. - Police in Kennewick are searching for a wanted suspect who has been charged with committing identity theft.
Police said Jeffrey Alan Houghtalin Jr., 31, is wanted after he escaped community custody and his whereabouts are unknown. Officials said the suspect was last known to live in Kennewick.
Houghtalin was originally charged with 2nd degree identity theft, according to Kennewick Police Department (KPD) officers.
Reports state the suspect is 5'8 and weighs 230 pounds with a shaved head and brown eyes. He also has many tattoos including "Michelle" on his neck, an iron cross, an owl and skulls on his left leg, and webs on the back of one of his ears.
