Richland roads to undergo pavement work
RICHLAND, Wash. - Various road surfacing projects for next will cause drivers to use detours during late hours.
City of Richland officials said the Microsurfacing mixture will be applied to roads, including some in residential areas, to prolong the life of the paved roads and help prevent future damage.
Crews will work August 28-30 between the hours of 8 p.m. and 5 a.m., in an effort to lessen traffic for commuters.
Road closures in place:
- Queensgate Drive, August 28, Skyline Drive, north to Truman Avenue
- Steptoe Street, August 29, South of Canyon Street to south of Tapteal Drive
- Leslie Road, Aug. 29-30, Columbia Park Trail to Gage Blvd
