Suspect in custody after Pasco man gets shot in the back

PASCO, Wash. -- A Pasco man shot in the back walked into a local hospital Wednesday morning. Police took this man, 36-year-old Manuel Juan Preciado, into custody late Wednesday afternoon.

Police said the man walked into the emergency room around 11:30 a.m.

Officers learned he was shot in front of his home on the 700 block of South Owen Road during an argument with another person.

Police believe Preciado fled the scene in a newer gray Ford crew cab truck. Preciado was wanted for felony assault with a firearm.
