Tashia Stuart's requests denied by judge

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. -- The first-degree murder case against a Pasco woman went before a judge again Wednesday. Tashia Stuart is accused of the death of her mother.

Attorneys argued over evidence allowed at trial. The defense team hoped to move the trial out of town and also asked for the separate charges Stuart faces to be tried separately. The judge disagreed on both.

Ominous statements made by victim Judy Hebert before her death will be allowed in court. Stuart's trial is planned for April.
