Troopers: Deputy's patrol car hit from behind by motorcycle

KITTITAS COUNTY, Wash. -- New information on the crash that involved a Kittitas County Sheriff's deputy last weekend.Washington State Patrol told KIMA a deputy was hit from behind by a motorcycle.

The crash happened Saturday afternoon on Highway 821 north of Selah.

WSP said the deputy used a turn signal to make a U-turn. That's when the motorcycle tried to pass and rear-ended the patrol car.

Troopers said they're still investigating who was at fault.
