Two people in Franklin County dead due to extreme heat
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. - Coroners in Franklin County say two people have died from overheating.
Coroners said two people were pronounced dead from Hyperthermia in Franklin County this summer, due to overexerting themselves in hot conditions and not drinking water.
Coroners ask that the public is aware of their bodies becoming dehydrated and overexertion while outside during times of extreme heat in the Columbia Basin.
They also caution against leaving children in cars while running errands to avoid a tragedy.
