WALLA WALLA, Wash. -- Students were locked down after shots rang out in Walla Walla Friday morning.

The Sheriff's Department told KEPR reports of a drive-by came in just down the street from the Wa-HI and Prospect Point campus around 9:00.

Deputies canvassed the area, but couldn't find any evidence.

Classes returned to normal within the hour. Any witnesses to the shooting are asked to call authorities.
