Accused killer's trial pushed back

FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. -- Accused killer Guadalupe Montejano was in court this morning.

He faces first degree murder charges for the January slaying of Tami Acevedo. His trial date was pushed back while attorneys track down witnesses. Acevedo's body was found in a Pasco apartment.

He will appear in court again next month. Montejano is also expected to be charged for damaging the jail during his stay there.
