It will go next to the Cousin's parking lot, in front of the TRAC, and right near another hotel already being built. Pasco thinks it's a great location because of all the recreation on Road 68. But that's already a traffic bottleneck.
Reporter: "There's been a little problem with traffic on Road 68. Do you think this is going to help or worsen that problem?"
"No, I don't think it's going to do either. Right now there's also construction on Road 68 and Burden to help with the traffic and channelization. So we think we have a pretty good handle on what needs to happen at Road 68 and burden to help with traffic," said the Community & Economic Development Director, Rick White.
The other Hampton Inn is in Richland on Bradley Boulevard.
