The giant ceramic wood oven is one of a kind. Owners say they only picked it up a few days ago and couldn't wait to try it out. The restaurant offers most of the pizzas on their menu. They hope to eventually be able to cater events with the mobile oven, but say the sky's the limit.
"Well, we're in the heart of wine country so we'd love to get connected with wineries, up and coming breweries, weddings, other catering events, anything really. We have a lot of options to explore," says GM Michael Miller.
The restaurant says they get many of their ingredients from the farmer's market.
They plan on making the oven a staple of the market.
