River of Fire goes on

KENNEWICK, Wash. -- There's no Fourth of July without the River of Fire at Columbia Park. They're doing it for the 28th straight year in Kennewick today.

It all got started at 11AM Friday morning. There's no shortage of food and music. You can check out the petting zoo. There's also a free train ride for kids. KEPR spoke with one woman who says it's her first time bringing her kids.

"We just came to the bouncy house and they loved it so now we have to come back because they only did the 3-minute one and now we have to do the all day pass because they are super excited," said Annabell Suarez.

Don't forget the fireworks. The show there starts at 10PM.
