      Trial date set for McCorkindale

BENTON COUNTY, Wash. -- An accused killer is now set for trial this summer.

It's more than a year after the murder of 22-year-old Preston Yahne. Robert McCorkindale pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder. He's accused of stabbing Yahne and running over him several times in a dispute over drugs.

Yahne's body was found in a trunk near Sunnyside.
