FRANKLIN COUNTY, Wash. -- Franklin County Sheriff's Office deputies tell Action News that a Franklin County man, 53, died after the tractor he was in rolled down a hill Wednesday afternoon.

The accident occurred at a small orchard in the Eltopia area at approximately 3:30 PM.

Deputies say the man was a long-time employee of the orchard.

Deputies say the tractor he was operating rolled down a 60-foot hill sometime Wednesday afternoon.

Medics pronounced the man deceased at the scene.

Authorities say the man was a long-time employee at the orchard.
