PASCO, Wash. -- Police say they arrested and cited a man for masturbating in public on multiple occasions.

Police say the first incident occurred near a 'bikini barista' stand on the 2600 block of West Sylvester on Sunday afternoon. Police say the man was in view of the drive-thru window and was seen pleasuring himself. Police say his exposed genitals were in view of several people.

Police arrested the suspect and booked him in the Franklin County Jail for suspicion of Lewd Conduct.

Police say within 72 hours, the suspect committed a similar crime a t a convenience store in Pasco. Police say the suspect threw unpaid merchandise and fondled himself. When police responded the suspect had already left.

Police say if you are confronted by someone exhibiting similar behavior, you should call them immediately.
