Kennewick police looking for man who failed to register as a sex offender

KENNEWICK, Wash. - [Update, March 8] Police say they have arrested Duvall and he is in custody.

Police are asking for help in locating a man who authorities say has failed to register as a sex offender.

Kennewick Police Department (KPD) reports said Tanner Michael Duvall, 31, did not contact authorities after failing to register as a sex offender.

Duvall has escaped community custody and was last known to live in Kennewick, but reports said he was previously registered as a homeless sex offender.

The wanted man is 5'11, 160 pounds and has brown hair and hazel eyes. Police said he also has a tattoo of "69" on his left arm.
