(WENN) — A collection of Hugh Hefner's personal items, including his iconic red smoking jacket, are to go up for sale.
The Playboy founder passed away at the age of 91 in September last year after suffering a cardiac arrest and respiratory failure.
A selection of items, including Hefner's black silk pajamas and white captain’s hat, will be up for sale in a two-day auction by Julien’s, beginning on November 30.
The smoking jacket is expected to fetch $5,000, while the pajamas are worth $2,000.
All proceeds from the auction will go to The Hugh M. Hefner Foundation, which was established in 1964 to advocate for civil liberties and rights.
Other items at the auction include one of his signature pipes, a complete set of bound Playboy magazines, an original Playboy Club key, his Hollywood Walk of Fame Star from the mansion, and his Playboy logo cufflinks.
An exhibition of the pieces will also be available to the public for a four-day showing, beginning on November 26.
