RICHLAND, Wash. - The City of Richland will now allow vehicle-based food service in a variety of commercial and business zoning districts.
Richland City Council members voted on Tuesday, to approve an ordinance that would allow food trucks to sell in different locations throughout the city.
Previously the zoning regulations only allowed food vendors as "outdoor sales" in parks and at public facilities.
