Essential Hanford employees to contact manager before leaving home
TRI-CITIES, Wash. —
According to a press release from the Department of Energy, all on-duty essential Hanford employees are to contact their manager before leaving the Hanford Site and all on-coming personnel are to contact their manager before leaving home for work.
Non-essential Hanford employees working day shift should not report to work Sunday February 10. Swing and graveyard non-essential employees will receive a notification early Sunday afternoon about their shifts, according to the press release.
They are also advising employees to enter and exit through the WYE Barricade until further notice and check for other possible highway closures.
According to the release they are directing employees to the Hanford Hotline at 376-999 for updates.
They say, for specific questions regarding company police contact your manager.
