Kennewick police arrest man who allegedly fired pellet gun at a van
KENNEWICK, Wash. - Police have arrested a man they say fired a pellet gun at a vehicle with someone inside.
The Kennewick Police Department said officers and detectives were able to locate Paul McVay, 46, Tuesday night at Huntington Street near Kennewick Avenue.
Police arrested McVay, who was found to have a warrant for his arrest.
Police had previously spoken with a 60-year-old man Sept. 28 at the 2600 block of W. Bruneau Pl, who informed officers McVay had shot out the windows his van while he was inside during an argument.
Investigators said the vehicle had several windows completely broken out.
Authorities booked McVay into Benton County Jail for his arrest warrant and the City Attorney's Office will review the investigation on the damaged van windows.
