Kennewick police looking for wanted homeless man charged with assault
KENNEWICK, Wash. - Police say they are looking for a homeless man who is accused in connection to an assault with a deadly weapon.
Douglas Chester Gallup, 25, is wanted after he escaped community custody on charges of 2nd degree assault with a deadly weapon from the Washington State Department of Corrections.
Gallup is homeless, but police said he has ties to Kennewick, Pasco and Richland.
The wanted man also goes by the names of “Dougie Fresh” and “Fresh”.
According to authorities, Gallup is 6’2, weighs 212 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He has a tattoo of a peace sign on his left hand, a cross on his left forearm and the words “Memory of Bruce” on his right forearm.
