KITSAP COUNTY, Wash.-- A months long investigation involving several agencies in Kitsap County resulted in a large prostitution bust Thursday afternoon.

The Kitsap County Sheriff's Department says, over the past several months, detectives from the West Sound Narcotics Enforcement Team and the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office Special Investigation Unit worked together on a large-scale operation involving multiple illegal massage parlors.

Kitsap County Sheriff's Office said after they conducted several surveillance operations, "a significant military/U.S. Navy Nexus was identified."
