Man allegedly flees his own stabbing

PASCO, Wash. - Police in Pasco are looking for a man who was reportedly stabbed while confronting a woman with a knife.

Reports from the Pasco Police Department (PPD) said Agustin Gallardo Ledezma, 28, was confronting a woman with a no-contact order against him in a parking lot across the street from Garibaldi’s Restaurant, at 707 W Court Street, Sunday night.

The woman said she took the knife from him and stabbed him in the chest then left the scene and dialed 9-1-1 at her home around 11:31 p.m.

When police searched the area of the stabbing, Ledezma could not be found. Officials said responding police were able locate his car, a black Challenger, and his work vehicle. They reported finding a little blood, but no blood drops.

Investigators believe a vehicle picked him up from the restaurant area prior to officers arriving.

PPD would like to get in touch with Ledezma for an interview and to return his Challenger.

He is from the Pasco or Finley area, according to PPD reports.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact PPD at (509)545-3421 on assault case PP17-54484.
