WALLA WALLA, Wash. --Domino’s new campaign is promising to have pizza safely delivered to the customer, and they’re doing that one pothole at a time in the Walla Walla community.
Walla Walla residents sent an “overwhelming number of nominations,” according to those behind the Domino’s campaign.
“Cracks, bumps and potholes can easily ruin a good carryout pizza, and nobody wants that,” said Matthew McCluskey, Walla Walla Domino’s franchise owner.
Domino’s has received over 137,000 nominations in 15,275 zip codes across the country since the launch of the campaign in June.
The large response prompted the pizza chain to expand their campaign to improve the roads in one community in each state.
