New taco truck headed to Columbia Gardens and Artisan Village

Kennewick, WA — A new taco truck opened its' doors Tuesday at Columbia Gardens and Artisan Village in Kennewick.

Only Tacos is serving popular dishes from all around Mexico. Chefs Jesus Rodriguez and "Curly" Montijo have been friends for decades and decided now was the time to go into business together.

"I enjoyed people coming over to my house and eating the food and being happy. It was a happiness to me that somebody was enjoying the food that I'm making," said co-owner and chef Jesus Rodriguez. "It's a dream come true to be honest with you."

Only Tacos is open every Tuesday and Friday from 11 a.m through 5 p.m. and will join five other mobile eateries at the Food Truck Plaza at 325 E. Columbia Gardens Way.
