KENNEWICK, Wash. -- Costco in Kennewick will begin to limit the number of people allowed into the store on Thursday, November 19.
A new sign beyond the entrance to the warehouse store on Gage reads "Effective Thursday, November 19th, each member will be allowed 1 guest only"
Inslee declared that all retail stores must not exceed 25% capacity.
Costco also announced that all guests and employees must wear masks or face shields or they will not be allowed inside any store.
A large crowd of people waited in the rain on Monday morning hours after Inslee announced his new measures. On Tuesday, there seemed to be far fewer shoppers.
