Pasco bond now failing, Auditor waits on ballots with signature issues
PASCO, Wash. -- The saga continues for the fate of the Pasco school bond.
As of November 14, the bond is failing by a single vote, but the Franklin County Auditor's office said there are still ballots left to count--including two that came in the mail just today.
They said there are also nine ballots that had signature issues that have since been cleared up, and more than 100 with signature issues that are still unresolved.
If your ballot has a problem with the signature, the auditor's office will contact you. And you'll have until 5 p.m. on November 27 to resolve it to have your vote count.
