Pasco Police need help identifying card skimmers

    PASCO, Wash. - Pasco Police are asking for your help in identifying the driver or passenger in the car as part of a card skimmer case.

    Pasco Police posted on their facebook page Wednesday stating at Officer Eric Fox would very much like to identify and speak with the driver of this newer Kia Sorrento SUV about attempts to withdraw cash at HAPO branch ATM's.

    The men in the car went all over the Tri-Cities using skimmed debit card info from about 25 different accounts.

    The passenger, who you can see in the pictures is considered to be a potential witness or person of interest and policce would like to speak with him, too.

    Anyone with info is urged to call Dispatch at (509)628-0333 or email Officer Fox at foxe@pasco-wa.gov about our case PP19-04060.

    Fraud. Officer Tony Aceves is working a related case, and he wants to remind everyone not to give out personal info carelessly.

    Police want to remind you that if you are called by someone claiming to be a bank employee or government clerk, for example, tell them that you will call them back later, and get their contact info.
