SEATTLE - Police have swarmed a Capitol Hill neighborhood after a man murdered his wife.

The Seattle Police Department said a man, 89, called them at 1:55 p.m. saying he shot his wife at their home in the 200 block of 15th Avenue.

The woman, 83, was found dead in the home while the man was arrested.
