PASCO -- Police confiscated fentanyl, eight guns, ammunition and body armor after a standoff with an assault suspect Thursday night.

The incident began at 7:30 PM in the area of 900 Lincoln in Pasco.

Police responded to a weapons complaint after a witness claimed that Phonesavanh Phothisene, AKA 'Fonsi', pointed a rifle at the victim. Police say Phothisene took off before officers arrived and refused to exit a home.

On-duty SWAT responded to the scene to take Phothisene in custody. Police say approximately 15 people came out of the home during the incident.

Police say two of the people overdosed as they exited the home. Police suspect the people ingested narcotics prior to leaving the home. Medics rushed both people to the hospital.
